Amanda Gallagher, DPM
Driven by a lifelong passion for science and helping others, Dr. Amanda Gallagher’s journey into podiatric medicine began at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where she graduated with honors in Biological Sciences. She continued her education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. With a strong desire to specialize in advanced surgical care, Dr. Gallagher completed a rigorous residency in foot and ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, serving as chief resident in her final year.
She has extensive surgical experience in foot and ankle reconstruction including bunion and hammertoe correction, fracture management, arthritic joint care, Achilles tendon repair, minimally invasive procedures, arthroscopy, sports medicine, diabetic limb preservation, and wound care.
Dr. Gallagher is deeply committed to creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, with an emphasis on education and preventative care. She values building strong relationships with her patients and is passionate about helping them return to the activities they enjoy most.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, musical theatre, and spending quality time with family and friends.
